Steve Force is a Sr. Solutions Architect that specializes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), Project Management processes, and Business Intelligence (BI.)  He is an experienced Solutions Architect that has designed and/or Project Managed several major projects implementing portals, ECM, BPM, Project Management Processes, and BI. He is a full-service consultant that can do everything from project managing, analyze, requirements gather, select and install technology, configure and optimize, implement and then tailor the solution.

     He is a certified PMI PMP (since 2002), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a Certified Technical Trainer (CompTIA CTT+),  a MCSE and former MCT, and MCTS: SharePoint 2007 (configuration and Application Development.) In addition, he is preparing for the Windows 2008 MCSE, SharePoint 2007 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence (BI) certifications. He holds BS and MBA degrees, and he has studied ITIL and Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering best practice techniques. He has managed many projects using most standard PM methodologies, including SDLC, waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and Extreme Programming (XP).

     Steve has over 20 years of experience with the Microsoft suite of products (.Net, Sharepoint 2007 Enterprise (MOSS), Biztalk 2006, Sharepoint Designer 2007, Visual Studio 2008, Exchange 2007, SQL Server 2005/2008, etc.) He has an equal amount of experience with many other technologies as well; including IBM, SUN, mainframe, J2EE, Wiki, Business Objects, Cognos, Documentum, FileNet, ETL, Oracle, and data warehousing as feeds into BI.  

     Steve has solid knowledge and experience in Web 2.0 initiatives, having years of experience in web-based communities, hosted services, and applications; such as social-networking sites, video-sharing sites, wikis, blogs, and with Virtual communities like “Second Life”, facebook, and MySpace.

     He has over 30 years experience in Global IT initiatives.
