Experience

IT Enterprise Solutions Architect with 30 years of experience in global business IT–enabled initiatives. Experience includes working with many multinational corporations to understand, determine, gather, and then analyze business needs/requirements, advising on the possible functionalities and strategies within the program scope. Experienced in successfully translating business needs/requirements into actionable and measurable business solutions. This experience includes programs and projects involving infrastructure, application development, eBusiness, Enterprise Process Management (EPM)/EAI, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, Emerging Technologies, portal development, and much more. Solid understanding of structured methodologies, business processes, and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) iterative, incremental project management techniques. Strong background in web-based infrastructure, applications architecture, design and development and is able to develop both functional and technical specifications, while managing multiple projects – incorporating many I.T. best practices as well.
